For the little history:
The Ligbi mask, originating from the Ligbi people of Ivory Coast and Ghana, reflects their cultural heritage, blending tribal traditions with Islamic influences. Notable for its protruding lips, finely carved nose, slit eyes, and tribal scarifications, the mask’s distinct features echo the Ligbi people's unique identity. Topped with long curved horns, representing the hornbill bird, it signifies fertility and guides the souls of the dead.
Carved from hard wood, the Ligbi mask embodies the dual nature of Ligbi beliefs: their ancestral traditions and their adopted Islamic faith. The Ligbi use the mask in rituals and ceremonies, including Islamic celebrations like Eid al-Fitr, dancing to traditional drums and songs. This harmonious blend of cultures is an enduring testament to the Ligbi people's dynamic heritage, balancing tradition and spirituality.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
What’s your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, damaged items or according to our return policy. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at niokolocontact@gmail.com.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at niokolocontact@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
