Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 5-12 business days in Europe and 7-15 business days in the USA. Our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, so each item is freshly printed just for you. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over €25 within Europe and the USA.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and the United States. If your country isn't listed at checkout, reach out to us at hello@niokolo.store and we'll see what we can do.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.
Products & Materials
What materials do you use?
Our t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and kids tees are printed on GOTS-certified organic cotton from Stanley/Stella — one of Europe's most respected sustainable garment suppliers. Our canvas art prints use museum-quality canvas with archival-grade inks.
Are your products sustainably made?
Yes. We use organic cotton certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), printed with eco-friendly inks, and produced on-demand to minimize waste. No overproduction, no deadstock.
What are the masks on your products?
Each Niokolo design is inspired by a real African mask tradition. We work with six main mask families: Bwa (Burkina Faso), Kota (Gabon), Djimini (Côte d'Ivoire), Punu (Gabon), Ligbi (Côte d'Ivoire & Ghana), and Sawfish (Nigeria). Learn the full story on our Our Masks page.
Sizing & Fit
How do your t-shirts fit?
Our t-shirts have a relaxed, unisex fit. They're not slim-fit or oversized — think comfortable everyday wear. Check our Sizing Guide for detailed measurements.
What sizes do you offer?
Our adult apparel ranges from XS to 5XL. Kids t-shirts are available from age 3-4 to age 12-14. See our Sizing Guide for exact measurements by product type.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Since each item is made-to-order specifically for you, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged products. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at hello@niokolo.store with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We understand sizing can be tricky when shopping online. While we can't accept returns for sizing, we recommend checking our Sizing Guide carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend going up one size for a more comfortable fit.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my Niokolo products?
To keep your designs looking fresh:
- Machine wash cold (30°C max), inside out
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
Following these steps will keep your African mask designs vibrant wash after wash.
